These accomplishments make studying at Tai Chi of Long Island (formerly Caring Hands Tai Chi) which opened its doors on September 15th, 2003, an excellent place to train, especially for Tai Chi as a Martial Art.
In addition to practicing, teaching and competing in Tai Chi Chuan, Sifu Pekor also runs a private Hypnotherapy practice called Long Island Hypnotherapy and teaches Health and Physical Education in the Jericho School District in Jericho, NY. All of these professional undertakings contribute to Sifu Pekor's ability to put forth Tai Chi in a clear, concise way, making sure that each student's needs are met at every class.
