All Merchandise Sold By Patience T'ai Chi Association is Subject to the Following Terms of Sale. Placing An Order Constitutes Agreement to The Terms Below:

PAYMENT TERMS

All payments must be made in US funds either through credit card, check or money order. No cash or C.O.D. orders please. Returned checks are subject to a $20.00 charge.

OUR VIDEOS

Our videos are all professionally produced on region-free replicated DVDs. Placing your order constitutes an acknowledgement that you can use DVDs.. The current price of our DVDs can be found on our product pages, and do not include shipping. Shipping charges are added at checkout, and you will be given an opportunity to decline to place the order once the shipping charges are shown. (All prices are subject to change without notice.)

SHIPPING POLICY

We make every effort to send your merchandise promptly. Credit card orders are processed in a day or two and then it is the travel time via USPS. You will be notified of any delay over 30 days. Credit cards are not charged until we ship. Checks are generally cashed upon receipt.

We try to get orders out our door to you as soon as possible. This can be 2 to 10 working days, depending on whether we receive a check that must be held, money order or credit card order. Orders paid by personal check will be held for 10 working days to allow for time to receive bank notification in the event of a bad check. Even though we ship tracked Priority Mail in the US, it may take an additional week or more for the U.S. Postal Service to make the actual delivery to you, depending on your location. International orders will, of course, take longer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Payment must be made in U.S. funds. Remember, all our videos are all professionally produced in region free DVD format. Placing your order constitutes an acknowledgment that you can use DVD media. There is additional shipping and handling charge as indicated on the order form. Shipments overseas by surface mail may take 8 weeks or more. If you would like your order sent via a means different from Air Letter Mail, do not use our credit card service. Instead, contact Patience T'ai Chi to arrange for different shipping. Additional charges will apply.

We are not responsible for, nor does the shipping fee include, any customs fees or import tariffs on our products. The shipping and handling fee pays for the preparation and mailing of the product.

RETURNS

If a product is defective, we will replace it if you return it to us with a copy of the invoice within 30 days. Send the package to us via UPS or U.S. Mail. No C.O.D.s will be accepted. Returns must be received in good condition. Because DVDs and videos are easily copied, we cannot accept returns of DVDs or videos, or exchange them for other products. All sales are final.

E- COMMERCE POLICY

PTC is NOT responsible for ordering errors made by improper use of our e-shopping cart vendor system. We are responsible only for fulfillment under the terms specified on this page. Be sure to check your order and follow the appropriate directions BEFORE ordering. We fill the orders we receive. Refunds are made SOLELY at our discretion (if at all)!

CUSTOMER SERVICE

For questions concerning items on your credit card bill, order status or canceling an order placed by credit card, please contact us. Please be sure to include your order number, full name, and the products ordered, as well as a valid email address and/or phone number where we may contact you.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If an item is out of stock, we will back order the item if it is expected soon. Otherwise, we will send you a credit slip or refund.
